Job summary

Tressler LLP seeks an attorney with an active California bar license and at least 1 year of insurance coverage experience to join our nationwide practice. The position can be fully remote within the United States or hybrid in the Orange County office.

Ideal candidates will oversee complex coverage litigation, develop strategies and budgets, conduct depositions, and advise clients across business, professional liability and employment disputes. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license (Required).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 1 year of Insurance Coverage experience (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
