The Insurance Services Practice Group handles complex coverage matters for insurance company clients across the country, including products liability, mass torts, environmental issues, and professional liability.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 1 year of Insurance Coverage experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth.
