BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Insurance Confirmation Associate for a remote position in our Insurance Confirmation Home Health office. The role centers on verifying benefits for new home health and hospice clients and coordinating with insurers to obtain timely information.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of benefit experience, including Managed Medicare/Medicaid, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify home health care benefits for new clients.
• Contact insurers to obtain benefits and billing information timely.
• Document benefits and communicate coverage to internal service offices.
• Assist service offices with benefits-related correspondence.
• Coordinate coverage, authorization, and contract status with various departments.
• Work 10:30am - 7:00pm EST.
