Jerry.ai is seeking a results-driven sales-oriented customer advocate to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with empathy and a knack for simplifying complex policy details.

In this remote, full-time role, you’ll tailor policy packages with our 55+ carrier partners, own the customer experience from first contact to coverage, and contribute feedback to improve the app. Compensation includes $19–$21 hourly plus uncapped commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
• Educate and advocate by translating complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage with ease.
• Navigate customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the product team to refine our app and services.
