AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role suitable for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You will take inbound client leads, build long-term relationships, and guide clients through enrollment with comprehensive training and a mentorship program.

Compensation is commission-based with weekly pay and performance bonuses. No cold outreach—leads are inbound.

• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace are necessary.
• Ability to obtain required licensing where applicable.
