Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is a plus but not required.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and common digital tools.
• Passion for helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to a Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Hold client consultations virtually via Zoom.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish.
• Handle documentation accurately and follow up diligently.
• Engage in ongoing mentorship, training, and development.
• Present personalized benefit options to clients and families.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Maintain high-quality, client-focused interactions.
