Job summary

Davies Talent Solutions is assisting a client in Massachusetts with a Senior Business Analyst role focused on large-scale transformation within Personal Lines. The position emphasizes business and technology modernization, process improvement, automation, and AI adoption while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role is hybrid, onsite three days a week, with opportunities to influence strategic change and deliver cross-functional solutions across business and IT teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong Property & Casualty insurance experience, Personal Lines preferred
  • Experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis
  • Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies; SQL/Power BI skills desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and systems transformation projects from discovery through implementation
  • Partner with business stakeholders, underwriters, actuaries, and IT teams to define and deliver solutions
  • Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies
  • Support legacy system modernization and policy administration enhancement initiatives
  • Drive testing activities including UAT, QA, and change readiness efforts
  • Contribute to automation and AI-focused projects

Job description

Our client, a well-established Property & Casualty insurance carrier, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team and play a key role in large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across the Personal Lines division.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic change, work closely with senior leadership, and contribute to initiatives focused on system modernization, process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.

This is a Hybrid role and will require you to be onsite 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business and systems transformation projects from discovery through implementation
