Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Senior Associate, Authorization to secure accurate care authorization, support denials management, and coordinate between service offices, insurers, and revenue cycle teams. This remote role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to mentor teammates to improve processes.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with required systems and ability to navigate portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage authorization workflow and eligibility processing.
• Communicate with insurers to obtain and verify authorizations.
• Support revenue cycle with authorizations and denials, including appeals.
• Mentor teammates and provide training as needed.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics.
