• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and thorough insurance AR follow-up on outstanding claims and balances.
• Monitor claim status with carriers and resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
• Research denials, reconsiderations, and appeals; gather information as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of AR follow-up and payer communications.
