Job summary

Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Exclusive Agent to work with educators, offering a performance-based 1099 compensation plan and a 48-month incentive package. The role focuses on building market access, relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions to educators.

You will operate with support from a Regional Field Leader, leverage a multiline product portfolio, and participate in ongoing training, market development, and relationship-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Gains by FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable in certain regions.

Responsibilities

• Be dedicated to solving educators' financial challenges.
