Job summary

The Summers Agency is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals for a flexible, remote opportunity in the insurance industry. You will connect with individuals, explore life insurance options, and conduct appointments by phone or Zoom, with training and mentorship provided.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation. Licensing may be required; unlicensed candidates can obtain license with our guidance.

Position Details

• Remote within the United States.
• Must be a U.S. resident due to insurance licensing requirements.
• 1099 independent contractor.
• Commission-only compensation; no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.
• Licensed candidates welcome; unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain the required license before selling insurance. (We do help with guidance in the licensing process)
• Insurance experience is not required.
