The Metzen Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for a life insurance sales representative to join our team as a fully remote sales representative.
This individual will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, demonstrating a commitment to protecting clients in challenging times.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect - Make calls to potential clients.
- This role involves numerous calls to build your business, supported by our system, CRM, and high-quality leads. Our goal is to help new agents conduct 10 appointments weekly.
- Develop and maintain relationships by communicating closely with prospects to close sales, promote customer retention, and identify all client insurance needs.
- Meet and surpass targets by setting personal activity and results goals, and maintaining discipline.
- Track your progress by recording interactions and monitoring goal achievement to optimize profitability and success, and to receive coaching for growth.
- Opportunities for growth include becoming an insurance consultant with extensive resources and training, or building your own team and potentially owning your agency.

Requirements:
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching; excellent relationship management skills; proven ability to meet/exceed goals; advanced communication, selling, and negotiating skills; a strong drive to understand and meet customer needs; familiarity with CRM systems; coachability.
