We are seeking motivated individuals to represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products. We welcome dedicated professionals with ambition, initiative, and a winning attitude, offering licensing training and career growth opportunities.

Insurance Sales Agent

Starting Pay: $21.64 guaranteed hourly rate plus monthly bonus potential (bonus plan reviewed during interview).

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Shifts: Shifts start as early as 8 AM and end as late as 10 PM. Open 7 days a week, including weekends. You will select your shift when offered the position.

Training Info: Paid training from 9 AM to 6 PM (MDT), Monday to Friday, lasting 6-8 weeks.

Our motivated sales agents have uncapped earning potential selling Property & Casualty insurance to members. With AAA’s strong reputation, they sell quality products, helping members prepare for unexpected events. It’s rewarding to help others protect themselves from life’s surprises.

What you will do:
  1. Use sales techniques to proactively offer AAA products and services, generating new sales from prospective and current members.
  2. Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products, assess risk, recommend coverage, and issue policies using provided tools and underwriting guidelines.
  3. Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment.
  4. Enhance the member’s affinity to the AAA brand, increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Solicit new insurance sales through inbound/outbound calls, marketing lists, and cross/up-selling to existing members.
What you will need:
  1. High school diploma/GED; ability to acquire active, unrestricted state licenses within 30 days.
  2. Excellent multitasking, computer, and communication skills.
  3. A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  4. Ability to connect directly to ISP via Ethernet (no DSL, satellite, hotspots). Modem/router must be in the same room. Minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload.
  5. Flexible schedule; call center hours are 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) and 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends), including holidays.
  6. Successful background check (criminal, education, employment).
