The role offers daily training, coaching, and access to multiple carriers with a non-captive structure, plus performance bonuses and renewal income based on production.

Formación

• Active life and health license required.
• Current or recent insurance production experience.
• Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, or related fields.
• Strong consultative phone-sales skills.
• Professional, reliable, coachable and able to manage an independent schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients by phone or video.
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present coverage options from multiple carriers.
• Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting.
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records and submit business in compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and case support.
