Torrey Holistics is seeking motivated individuals to build a career in the insurance industry. No license required initially; licensing assistance, comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

This is a remote role with flexible scheduling and a commission-based compensation plan. You will consult with clients to understand needs, present options across Life, Health, and Retirement, and provide ongoing support while managing leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• No prior insurance experience required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products (Life, Health, Retirement, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients (training provided).
• Stay current on industry standards and compliance requirements.
