Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Remote work capability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand insurance needs.
• Present life, health, and retirement products to clients.
• Provide ongoing support and maintain client relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients (training provided).
