Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Physically located within the United States with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Be able to conduct virtual appointments via Zoom and other channels.
- Be willing to obtain the required Life & Health Insurance License per state.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments.
- Identify client needs and financial protection goals and explain insurance options.
- Recommend personalized coverage solutions and guide clients through applications.
- Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and participate in ongoing coaching.
