Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support to a dynamic account team. You will work under an Account Manager or Producer, ensuring quality standards while managing moderate complexities and policy-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required, CISR preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and Account staff
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time
• Manage endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, coverages and pricing, proposals, binders
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and adhere to policy
