Jonathan Dodd Farmers Agency is seeking a Remote Account Representative in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role offers a base salary plus sales commissions with strong earning potential and a path for growth through coaching and licensing support.

You will identify and qualify leads, set appointments, maintain pipeline records, and meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals. Training starts day one to help you earn while you learn the industry.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of insurance experience is a must.
• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered.
• Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Standard Time) working hours.
• Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup.
• A positive teammate who takes coaching well.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
