A healthcare training organization is looking for an Instructor Operations Manager to support and lead faculty within its Instructor-Led Training department. Responsibilities include faculty support, onboarding, coaching, and performance oversight across virtual courses. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate training, strong organizational skills, and must hold a valid AAPC certification. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for faculty inquiries.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for class delivery.
• Conduct regular team meetings and check-ins with faculty.
• Deliver coaching and guidance for faculty effectiveness.
• Manage faculty professional development and training.
