Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in instructional design.
• Experience with LMS tools and content development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and deploy online instructional materials.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure quality and accessibility.
• Lead or be part of instructional design projects with timelines.
• Apply ADA WCAG accessibility standards to all course materials.
• Provide guidance on AI-enabled teaching and responsible use of tools.
• Create, review and maintain course shells in the LMS and manage content uploads.
• Develop assessments, learning activities and instructional materials.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
