Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) seeks an Instructional Designer I to help develop online and in-person courses within the Curriculum Shared Services team. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs, craft learning objectives, and design materials that align activities with outcomes.

You will manage timelines and budgets, review content for accessibility, and work with curriculum leadership to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• No experience required with a bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Follows curriculum development processes to create courses and ensure standards.
• Designs course materials for both student and instructor.
• Facilitates meetings and coordinates with SMEs; ensures alignment with objectives and standards.
• Manages project scope, timelines, and reporting; assists with accessibility compliance (Section 508).
• Maintains partnerships with stakeholders and collaboration across design teams.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree

Associate's degree with two years of experience OR High School diploma/GED with four years of experience
