Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience with Camtasia and video/storyboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructionally sound eLearning and educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Develop course outlines and scripts across design/development phases.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses and resources.
• Establish guidelines for instructional design, content development, and project management.
