Team Carney, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to modernize the USPTO training curriculum. You will write storyboards, scripts, and interactive assessments for 25 target eLearning modules within a redesigned program.

This remote role favors candidates in the DC/MD/VA area with a background in government contracting and strong technical writing skills. Join a team focused on high-impact federal training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or English.
• Strong technical writing capabilities.
• Experience turning highly technical, legal, or procedural regulatory documents into digestible course flow.
• Working in a Government contracting environment experience requested.
• Recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred.
