You will partner with clinical leaders to turn complex behavioral health protocols into practical, engaging training with a strong emphasis on outcomes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in instructional design, is proficient with Articulate 360 and video editing tools, and can manage projects in a

• 2+ years of professional experience in instructional design and digital course development.
• Experience designing for clinical or specialized adult audiences is a plus.
• Proficiency with rapid e-learning authoring tools and multimedia editing software.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and manage learning initiatives for providers (psychiatrists, therapists, and exposure coaches).
• Translate complex behavioral health protocols into engaging, practical training.
• Create interactive e-learning modules, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Collaborate with SMEs and clinical leaders to define measurable learning objectives.
