Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of instructional design in higher education, workforce education, or adult learning.
  • Strong understanding of ADDIE, backward design, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience developing engaging online learning using multimedia and interactive strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain engaging online, hybrid, and credential courses in Canvas.
  • Publish new programs, revised courses, and micro-credentials within the LMS.
  • Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to create student-centered experiences.
  • Create interactive learning experiences using multimedia, simulations, and knowledge checks.
  • Ensure course materials, syllabi, and content are accurate and accessible.
