Job summary

Roth Staffing is seeking an Instructional Designer to collaborate with subject matter experts and the training team to design learning activities that drive initiatives and growth. The role emphasizes eLearning, instructor‑led content, videos, and performance aids in a largely virtual, fast‑paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in adult learning or curriculum design, strong communication, and experience with Articulate, Camtasia, and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or training.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience in the staffing industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or transferable experience.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, and present complex information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Audacity.

Responsibilities

Specifically in this role, working in a largely virtual and fast-paced environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first the Instructional Designer will work with business leaders to create and continuously improve learning experiences using quality training content including eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides, and performance aids.
