Job summary

RootstockLabs is seeking a hunter to raise capital for an institutional-grade BTC-denominated fund built from the ground up. You will own end-to-end capital raising, sourcing institutional allocators, managing the complete cycle from first contact to signed subscription, and closing deals independently.

You will collaborate with the VP of Sales, fund management, risk, legal, and compliance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital asset or regulated investment sales, a demonstrable client book,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital asset or regulated investment sales; prior fund-raising or yield/lending experience preferred.
• Demonstrated client book and ability to own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Strong network among Bitcoin holders, allocators, or family offices; familiarity with AML/KYC rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of institutional allocators.
• Run the full capital raise cycle from prospecting to close.
• Represent the fund at industry events and within institutional networks.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline tracking in compliance with AML/KYC rules.
