Job summary

BinSentry, a fast-growing ag-tech leader, seeks a Deployment Coordinator to support the installation planning for the ProSense HD product line. You will work closely with Sales, Customers, and Partners to keep installations, services, and expansions on schedule.

This role reports to the Deployment Manager and involves site surveys, logistics, and documentation, with travel across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating across teams and partners.
• Comfortable with data trackers to monitor status and flag issues.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.
• Comfortable with site surveys and basic measurement tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and coordination of HD installations, services, and expansions with Sales, CS customers, and installation partners.
• Serve as a secondary contact for BinSentry Partners on install, service, and expansion logistics.
• Maintain Survey Tracker and Installation Calendar with up-to-date dates by customer.
• Assist Deployment Manager in responding to inquiries on installation status.
• Ensure Work Orders are created and delegated to facilitate install or service by partners.
• Assist in gathering site details ahead of surveys and prepare customer documentation packages.
