Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks an Insights Management Technical Manager to lead the analytics and AI roadmap within healthcare capabilities, blending hands-on engineering with cross-functional leadership.

You will design data processes, manage executive roadmaps, and coordinate data engineering, data science, and AI teams to deliver state-of-the-art analytics offerings. The role is predominantly remote with occasional client travel; a BS/BA and 5–6+ years in healthcare analytics are expected,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Information Systems, Health Care Informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, or analytics discipline preferred.
• 5–6+ years of healthcare consulting experience with healthcare data sets.
• Proven analytical skills with large data sets and ability to communicate complex info to stakeholders.
• Role is predominantly remote with occasional travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art data processes for one or more healthcare capabilities.
• Manage roadmap and executive report outs to consulting leadership.
• Lead cross-disciplinary resources across data engineering, data science, and AI-related engineering groups.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps for solution development.
• Grow customer relationships by building confidence in data and insights.
