Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Insights Analyst for a remote, contract engagement to support sustainability and impact reporting. The role focuses on dashboard data collection, governance, executive reporting, and storytelling while coordinating stakeholders and processes across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will write SQL queries, manage KPI documentation, and help demonstrate impact through clear narratives and reports, including collaboration on AI-enabled solutions and data quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Background in data governance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance, representing CSR during data refresh activities with business data owners.
• Track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain KPI documentation, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling through summaries highlighting key insights, trends, and business impacts.
• Assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting.
• Document and test AI-enabled solutions for data summarization, stakeholder communication, and process automation.
