Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Insider Risk Technical Analyst to support our global investigations team. The role focuses on identifying, triaging, and escalating insider threat occurrences across the organization, using DLP, UEBA, and SIEM tools.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Insider Threat or related security disciplines, hands-on experience with SIEM and DLP, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Insider Threat team, SOC, Threat Hunt/Intel, Digital Forensics or IR
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, XDR and eDiscovery
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal oversight
• Degree in Information Security or CyberSecurity; professional certifications are desirable

Responsibilities

• Evaluate escalations from security teams, validate materials, and collect information for handoff to investigations
• Support Global Insider Risk investigators by compiling evidence from multiple sources
• Document findings and prepare materials for escalation or closure decisions
• Partner with internal security teams to strengthen the organization's security posture
• Perform triage of recent user activities and coordinate findings with stakeholders
• Analyze logs from DLP, SIEM, EDR and other security platforms
