The role emphasizes ownership of problems from ambiguity to briefing, balancing technical depth with strategic insight in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on intel experience with security operations teams, and strong briefing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity.
• Experience with threat hunt, SOC/IR, or detection engineering in an intel capacity.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive customer-focused resolutions.
• Working knowledge of AI in analytic contexts and repeatable tooling/workflows.
• Understanding of adversary ecosystem, campaigns, and attack chains.
• Grounding in intelligence discipline: source fidelity, relevance, timeliness, and intel ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Operate across all phases of the intelligence cycle from requirements to dissemination.
• Frame loosely scoped questions, define success, and drive to conclusions that serve stakeholders.
• Produce intelligence calibrated for engineers to executives with a clear customer read.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense and engineering to translate intelligence into mitigation/detection strategies.
• Shape intel-architecture requirements and tooling, with automation and data flows.
• Develop and evolve Priority Intelligence Requirements as threats shift.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, after-action reports, and program metrics.
