Job summary

Fluentsteam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline growth for UCaaS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle for smaller opportunities and work with the Account Executive team on larger deals.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and rapid qualification to close quickly. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, experience with SaaS or telecom, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS/UCaaS/telecom.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience using CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new opportunities via outbound and inbound channels.
• Execute daily outbound touches to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and goals.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs.
• Move opportunities through the sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to optimize the customer experience.
