You will handle high-volume outreach, book in-home assessments for the Care Director and Growth Director, and ensure precise documentation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with work hours aligned to U.S. Central time. Compensation includes a $900 monthly base plus $50 per finalized assessment that becomes a signed client.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and fluent Spanish required.
• Inside sales, call-center, intake or appointment-setting experience preferred in healthcare or U.S. market.
• Ability to handle high call volume and daily targets with a scoreboard.
• Own computer, headset, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

• Call up to 100 leads per day by phone, text and email; first call within minutes of a lead arriving.
• Understand care needs, hours, town, and decision-maker.
• Confirm payment source (private pay, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance).
• Book in-home assessments for the Care Director and Growth Director to close; manage reminders and follow-ups.
• Reactivate older inquiries and keep all communications logged in the system daily.
