Job summary

Blue Ridge Communications is seeking Inside Sales & Retention Specialists to build and maintain trusted customer relationships in a busy inbound call center environment. The role emphasizes listening to customer needs, promoting appropriate service plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting retention targets.

Despite being primarily remote, employees will come into the office a few days per month based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service and Sales/Retention experience.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills; excellent problem solving and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers in a busy inbound contact center.
• Promote and upsell service plans to meet customer needs and retention goals.
• Collaborate with Sales & Retention Team to improve response times during spikes in volume.
