Job summary

Blue Ridge Communications is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to build trusted relationships with customers over the phone and in person at the counter. You will help customers understand billing, installations, and service, delivering a consistent, caring experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong listening and communications skills, a positive demeanour, and a willingness to learn a variety of skills across platforms in a busy contact center environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers for billing, repair, retention, and sales calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and account inquiries over the phone in a single interaction.
• Educate customers about features/benefits and promote self-service options.
• Explain account information with focus on first-call resolution.
• Resolve complaints with active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving.
• Act as product consultant, identifying buying signals and advising on solutions.
• Maintain punctual attendance; ability to work overtime when needed.
• Contribute to team culture and participate in training.
