Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a remote sales associate to contact homeowners, discuss window and door needs, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team. This role offers full-time hours, uncapped bonuses, and a focus on performance.

You will handle a high volume of calls, document appointments, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth demonstrations and pricing activities. Indiana residency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales mindset and metrics driven.
• Outgoing personality with professionalism and strong work ethics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
• Must live in Indiana to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Dial out to homeowners and handle inbound calls to discuss window/door needs.
• Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
• Document and track all set appointments per company standards.
• Manage high call volume across multiple systems.
