Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick, a leading home services company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for homeowners and support the sales team. This fully remote position offers comprehensive training, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll engage homeowners to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and upsell services while maintaining a high standard of customer service and consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners via phone and other channels to schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience using scripts with your personal touch.
• Follow company scripts while adding your personal touch to maintain messaging.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and clearly explain product benefits.
• Address customer inquiries with accurate information and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Handle call transfers, messages, and other special telephone tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a positive demeanor while resolving concerns and conflicts.
• Build strong rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth appointment scheduling and communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
