Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for homeowners in a fully remote role across the United States. You will schedule appointments for our sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry skills with a minimum 40 wpm typing speed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners by phone and other channels to schedule appointments.
• Follow scripts while personalizing messaging for consistency.
