Porch Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its American Home Protect Call Center in a remote US-based role. You will provide product and service information, drive revenue through consultative sales, and maintain a high volume of calls.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in a call center or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce; selling home warranty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle cancellations and renewals for the 3-year home warranty product.
• Consultative sales for incoming/outbound calls and emails.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Maintain 50–60 inbound calls per day and meet campaign targets.
