Job summary

Porch Group is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for its American Home Protect Call Center team. This remote role supports home warranty products and services across the United States, with a flexible schedule and a casual, supportive culture.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, provide product information, manage cancellations/renewals for a 3-year home warranty product, and strive to meet campaign conversion targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience selling products/services over the phone or face-to-face, within a call center or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English language proficiency).
• Able to work independently in a multi-step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone or email.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service information to clients and potential clients by offering solutions to drive company revenue.
• Handle cancellations and renewals for our 3 years home warranty product.
• Conduct consultative sales for incoming and outbound calls and emails to the consumer.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Maintain a minimum average of 50-60 inbounds calls per day and meet campaign conversion requirements.
