Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, objection handling, and consultative selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach.
• Experience using CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, inbound lead follow-up, and digital outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing and onboarding.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline in Salesforce with timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
• Confidently present solutions, handle objections, and guide clients through digital products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve conversion rates and client experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant service.
