Job summary

National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to guide prospective clients through debt relief options. This remote role supports flexible schedules across multiple states, with an expected start date of 12/4/2026 and avoidance of cold calling through targeted marketing channels.

You will enroll qualified clients, document conversations in Salesforce, and pursue IAPDA certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus and demonstrates business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior remote work experience is highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria and adhere to policies.
• Recall and document call information across systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
