Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Utah to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will report to the Inside Sales Team Leader and apply our consultative approach across inbound and outbound channels.

Responsibilities include engaging customers via phone and chat, maintaining detailed documentation, and achieving key performance metrics while staying current on products, pricing, and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
• 1–2 years of sales experience (Contact Center experience a plus).
• Experience with sales CRMs, order processing systems, and customer engagement tools.
• Knowledge of mattress/sleep products industry Helpful.
• Top‑notch sales skills with familiarity in various sales methodologies.
• Strong work ethic and mental fortitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior computer literacy, typing, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Remote work experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental sales through inbound (and some outbound) channels.
• Engage with customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Build excitement and brand value by applying our Sales Methodology framework.
• Walk customers up the buying ladder and provide an optimal Purple experience.
• Provide detailed notes and documentation for each customer interaction.
• Maintain sales KPIs (Sales/Hr, Avg. Order Value, Engagements, CSAT, and Discount Rates).
• Maintain schedule adherence and productivity levels.
• Meet all other individual performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of products, prices, promotions, and policies.
• Attend trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions as needed.
