Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to support the Medical Surgical portfolio across the United States in a remote capacity. You will collaborate with field sales, clinical specialists, and leadership to drive revenue, grow accounts, and increase product adoption while managing the sales pipeline.

The role involves virtual engagements via phone and email, territory planning, and data-driven activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years sales or related experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
• Healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medical Surgical portfolio products through phone, email, and virtual engagements to hit sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians, supply chain stakeholders, and other contacts within accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities through prospecting and territory planning.
• Communicate product features, clinical benefits, and value propositions to decision-makers.
• Support customer education, product demonstrations, and implementation activities with field sales and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity data in Salesforce.com and other systems.
• Analyze account and territory data to prioritize activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to support territory objectives.
