Job summary

USABlueBook, a division of HD Supply, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow a managed book of business. This remote-friendly role requires calling and emailing customers, managing quotes, and coordinating across teams to move opportunities to closure.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, upsell services, and leverage CRM tools to track activity. The position offers an hourly base rate with incentives, benefits, and a focus on customer-centric results.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
• Oversee responses to customer order and quotation requests via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Facilitates the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and customer service.
