Job summary

USABlueBook, a division of HD SUPPLY, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to expand a defined book of business. The role involves contacting customers by phone and email, managing orders, and delivering outstanding service with a remote schedule (6am/6:30am CT) Monday–Friday.

Compensation is an hourly base rate with monthly incentives, plus comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
• Facilitates the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and overall customer service.
