CRC Group is seeking an Inside Broker to handle high-volume phone-based sales, quote, place, and bind policies with carriers. You will work as an intermediary between agents and carriers, supporting new and renewal business to meet brokerage goals.

The role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, risk assessment, and efficient deal execution in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
• Experience within wholesale insurance including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities.
• Career progression toward more complex deal execution and broader market responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within guidelines.
• Market insurance products by identifying coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within underwriting and pricing parameters.
• Serve as primary contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structure.
• Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with policies and underwriting standards.
