The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty Adjuster license, with 3+ years of commercial property claims experience and strong Xactimate skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Adjuster license required.
• 3+ years of commercial property claims adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and experience with moderate to complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property claims from initial loss to final resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages.
• Review estimates, invoices, and supporting docs.
• Prepare and review damage estimates using Xactimate.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Communicate with insureds, contractors, vendors, agents, and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate claim file documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
